Former head of the Binance crypto exchange Changpen Zhao has been appointed a strategic advisor to the Cryptocurrency Council of Pakistan (PCC). Here is a comment on this matter from the Minister of Finance of Pakistan and Chairman of the PCC Muhammad Aurangzeb.
