In 2014, I didn't have much money, so I visited all the real estate agencies to see what I could afford. I came across squatted, uninhabitable houses and eventually bought a tiny house that had practically nothing—just four walls and a roof. I had to completely renovate it, tearing everything down to rebuild from scratch. I spent countless hours there, dedicating all my weekends and days off. I wanted to create a home for my family, and it took me 10 years to achieve that, but I did it. Keep building and never give up on your goals. Just build

This house belonged to a former railway worker. It was left abandoned, but it has a wonderful charm. The windows were also surrounded by red bricks, which are solid and great for retaining heat. The garden isn't wide, but it's quite deep.

Yes, absolutely! At the back of the garden, there's a small shed that's perfect for storage. The previous owner brought in good, fertile soil for the garden, so everything grows really well—a apple tree, a very old vine that's in perfect condition, and there was a beautiful cherry tree that has since died. However, we wanted to preserve its memory, so here's what we did: we planted two wisteria to give it new life. The previous owner also installed a water reservoir, very important !

I'm not sure if the word I'm using is correct, but there is a large concrete basin to collect rainwater from the gutters of the small shed. Tell me about your garden; I'm sure it's beautiful too!

Ahhhh, yes. Was curious if you meant a well or some kind of retainer/ container. I've been building my way towards something similar. Maryland gets a lot of water and most of it drains away. Would love to recapture some of it for later use. Well, I have a cherry tree, two pear trees, a peach tree, and a fig tree that wants to be a bush.

Hahaha, that's great! It's quite funny because there was space in the garden, and we also planted new trees: an apricot tree, a fig tree, an olive tree, and Japanese maples. It's beautiful! Of course, we added some rose bushes and hydrangeas as well. You have a vegetable garden, if I remember correctly, because I recall seeing your composter. What delicious things are you growing? I'd like to install a larger container, but I have to dig, and that bothers me a bit.
