The absence of video features is problematic, as many deaf and hard-of-hearing builders rely on video to convey information, rather than primarily using written English. I believe video feature should be made available to all users, as this would improve accessibility & inclusivity on the platform.

The worst thing about it, is that video like video but things like some important news aren't even giving u subtitles or person in the corner who is showing sign language. I know sometimes u can for sure turn it on in settings or idk see these news again in some articles on google, but still man, ignorance.

Work on yourself. Prioritize personal development. 

The more you grow and improve yourself the more success you will experience.

Maybe it's just me, but it feels like nobody listens IRL anymore. Everyone is just waiting for their chance to talk.

Learning when to listen and when to speak is one of the most important skills you can learn as an adult. Practice! 😉
