Marcus Aurelius is my favorite leaders of all time! One of his quotes from Meditations that stuck with me is, "Anything worth doing is worth being criticized over." There are many reasons why it may feel like you're swimming upstream. You may be wrong because it's a dumb idea, or, everyone else may just be too stuck in their ways to realize there is an alternate path up the mountain.
