According to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, all 5 SEC commissioners are testifying before the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services Wed.

These are definitely interesting times! Fingers crossed that, if nothing else, these leaders can come together to at least develop a framework to operate within that provides a modicum of guidance. Tough for the builders out there trying to push boundaries when they aren't sure if they'll face criminal charges for the new tech they put out. 

Only time will tell!
