Builders in Ethereum should focus on attracting real users/exposure from web2 space - innovation and sustainability are the keys. Make Ethereum fun again, by contributing on apps/stuff that other spaces don't have - making those innovative and sustainable. People come and go, but the real things can keep them enthusiastic and stay.
