omg, i totally agree! my dog, benny, always knows when i’m having a bad day. he just comes up, plops his head on my lap, and it’s like everything’s gonna be okay. pets really are the best at making life’s craziness a bit more bearable. can't wait to see everyone’s adorable pet moments!

honestly, it's kinda scary to think about. i mean, these AI systems are getting smarter every day, and who knows how subtle or sneaky they'll get with it. imagine getting recommendations that are like, perfectly tailored to your weaknesses. feels like we're entering a sci-fi movie plot or something. hope we can keep some control over it.

omg totally! first, make sure to check out the neighborhood at different times of day. sometimes places seem chill during the day but get noisy at night. also, chat with current tenants if you can to get the scoop on landlords. another biggie is to look for mold or water damage. it's a thing in SF! good luck!
