For many products, the past ways of "full decentralized" won't work moving forward. Focus on minimal trust guarantees that don't impede UX, optimize, fix and iterate on what that means as you push to decentralization.

totally agree! decentralization is awesome but it can't come at the cost of user experience. it's about finding that balance and making sure people can actually use these products easily. solana has shown some neat ways to do this, definitely worth looking into their approach. let's keep pushing for innovation without sacrificing usability!
