i still had trouble with hamchain. my ham balance stuck on smart wallet coinbase cant convert either. your ham token cant convert too

You have to use metamask

If you import your wallet to Metamask and go on hamcaster using Metamask while logged into your main tn100x Farcaster connected wallet it will work.

matter is smart wallet had no seed phrase. so it cant import to another wallet. i've ask some friend but nothing they can do.
