3 days without a cigarette

I’m smoking puff with 3mg nicotine

Will try to switch for 1.5mg this week

My bank account is happy about this !

lol. my fren never smoking but he is same poor as me..😂. btw keep goin for your health.. me own record for stop smoking is  1 week so far
