Pavel Durov has been added to the FBI's wanted list. 
The Telegram creator is wanted under the articles "Obstruction of Criminal Justice; Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice; Conspiracy to Launder Money." According to the document, an order for his arrest was issued on September 4 in the New York District Court. 
In addition to Durov, two more people have come under the scrutiny of US justice - Andrew Torba and Christopher Pavlovsky. The first is the creator of the conservative social network Gab, the second is the CEO of the video hosting Rumble, which is positioned as a platform without censorship. 
The arrest warrant was issued on charges of "Conspiracy to Defraud the United States."
