should nouns prioritize proliferating nouns solely and specifically, or proliferate cc0 broadly while working to ensure nouns are the de facto face/icon of cc0?

I could definitely be wrong, but I think if we do the first one well, then cc0 automatically becomes exponentially more powerful. I don’t think it would work in reverse.
