Third week hitting the gym every day since January 6th Waking up every day before the sun at 5:30AM Push Pull Leg routine: Monday push, Tuesday pull, Wednesday leg, Thursday push, Friday Pull and because Saturday the gym opens at 8:30 I’m option for running at least 8K (5 miles). Also I’m running 2 days more at sunset time and at least 4km, mostly Wednesday and Friday, sometimes just before gym, I like to run on the concrete, no machine, and with the full sun in my face, I love the feeling.
