month 2 still going 5/5 per week at first hour in the morning, when I have these thoughts about not wanting to go training i apply cognitive defusion, which means to observe your thoughts instead of acting them, separate yourself from your mind activity, it works to stay discipline and to endure pain. cognitive defusion is a technique and a process from behavioral psychology.
