They get sent to your automatically when you get to the last quiz page. Each question you get right gives you some crypto

Which network are you using? I checked base Zora and eth mainnet. I recasted and completed the survey. There was not any deposit. Did the faucet run out by chance?

I noticed 3 potential I'd like to share when testing, the first I believe is the shared pool does not appear to update the balance shown. The 2nd being it says you sent me an entire eth (wouldn't that be something!), 3rd one is that it seems if faucet was deleted you cannot resubmit, and appear to lose queue.
