I'm tired of hearing the Tezos Foundation and Trilitech narrative of 'we need to bring in new users.' 

I know it's not as shiny, but how about supporting those developers, artists, and collectors who are still actively building on Tezos before they leave too?

They should not take their existing users for granted. Especially those who care about the Tezos community.

Other chains are catching up quickly. 
Tezos already lost the "green" blockchain USP, and is about to lose the "digital art" one too.

The leadership needs to change.

totally ! it's a shame, Tezos really was ahead of its time but now with trending L2 blockchains like Zora and Base it's hard fore me to imagine how Tezos can get the spotlight back
