Ah gotcha! I thought was about out of sync frame rate. So should be the master clock crystal oscillator, yes the temperature can affect the Jitter, a noise-like artifact caused by slight timing errors in the master clock that controls the transfers between analog and digital formats. On modern converters properly engineered, should not be a issue. I'll write a cast on audiophile :)

Yeah it flew over my head haha I'm not really a hardware-guy... Something about a ceramic component being more performant as it aged is what I remembered reading 😂
