Bureaucrats think they can plan an economy better than millions of individuals making their own choices. What a joke. The same people who can't even run the DMV without turning it into a nightmare want to control every aspect of our lives. Free individuals, trading voluntarily, will always outperform central planners. It's simple mathematics - no committee can process information faster than the market.
