4. According to L2beat, the activity levels in zkSync are about 10 times higher than in StarkNet. So, you could roughly multiply any criteria by 10, like a $1000 turnover, 60+ transactions, 0.05 ETH minimum balance, and so on. All in the spirit of being efficient by the Pareto rule.
