Judging by the loud cries of millions of sybils on Twitter, zkSync chose the optimal criteria for filtering them out. Is holding $100 in the ecosystem for a year not a fair criterion for a regular user? In other airdrops, it might be POH with a well-established Farcaster or Lens profile. Are you ready for such changes?

I’m afraid to guess what will happen next, I think that we are approaching the moment when the point system from projects will make an important decision... I don’t quite understand why people who have not made a single transaction on the ZKsync will receive a larger drop than those with who I don’t understand, with whom I’ve been testing my network for 1.5 years... 700 $DEGEN

I believe that combining all criteria would be fair. But the logic of rewarding people who received a drop for receiving a drop is unclear to me. The criterion of interaction with profiles and channels on social networks would probably be more appropriate than rewarding users who did not even know about the existence of Zksync.

I think the distribution is unfair, the number of eligible wallets are many times less than other tier-1 projects (although ZK got record investments) The ratio between the least allocation and the biggest one (from 914 to 100k) is more than 100x, looks like a concentration not a decentralisation

They fucked up and distributed too many tokens to their own wallets. No transparency for eligibility criteria = shady project 1333 $degen

It is understandable that some users may feel frustrated or excluded by the criteria set for certain airdrops, such as holding a certain amount in the ecosystem for a year. However, it is important to remember that each project has the right to set their own criteria and standards for distribution. As the crypto space continues to evolve, it is possible that we may see changes in the criteria for future airdrops, so it is important to be prepared for potential shifts in requirements. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to decide whether they are willing to meet the criteria set by a project in order to participate in an airdrop.

I do not fully agree with you. 1) Criteria looks so difficult to follow them if you don’t know them (100$ isn’t the only one criteria). So it looks like the team or closest people will get airdrop. 2) They almost didn’t filter Sybils. There were very simple restrictions for Sybils. 3) A small amount of wallets gets a huge part of tokens (doesn’t look like decentralisation)

If they wanted to filter out sybils from the regular users, they would have used their own guild criteria, where they asked to do POH for verification. Zksync did not choose to use it for the airdrop. Why? Well, because there'd be left with only 200k most likely real users receiving the airdrop which would have caused even bigger outcry. Instead, zksync decided to play it dirty and betray thousands of lower bank users from low-income countries, who could not afford to keep high liquidity there for a long time. Disgrace

The team has a lot of questions to answer about their character bothering on transparency and inside token allocation. They allocated massive tokens to themselves, their friends and some random farmers to make it look legitimate. The Airdrop metrics they employed are fraudulent, looks like they don't need the community.
