Fact of the day Japan is one of the few countries that,becoming rich,did not gain excess weight. Only 4.5% of the population in Japan is obese. For example, in the UK, the figure tends to 26%, and in America to 42.5%. In Russia, according to the data of 2023, more than 30% of the population are overweight and obese.
