royalty: 0% buy / 10% sell → goes to the moon contract
anyone can call `moon()` to use $mfer royalties to buy & burn $mfermoon on /mintclub 
caller gets 1% as a reward

more trades → more token burns → $mfer supply reduces too 0-'
