lots of bugs with the poidh server not updating + notifications not coming through right now

tried to push too many updates these last few weeks and I'm paying the price smh

if you make a transaction everything will work fine, but please note you may see delayed updates on the bounty pages themselves (404s for newly created bounties, newly submitted claims not displaying, bounties not updating to "accepted", etc.)

ok I think we squashed the bugs!
