Would there be a way to use something like @superfluid / Paybot to create a stream to someone that I wanted to support? 

This would probably be something outside of just DEGEN tipping, but I feel like there could be a way to combine elements of Flows from @rocketman with MicroSub and create some interesting new support mechanisms

i've seen some folks use microsub to reward their top channel contributors and mods also
