Only replaced. Their impact can be reduced to make them more easily replaceable since they’re not so all encompassing but you can’t just straight up stop them with nothing to replace em.

An addiction is internal not external. It’s an energy that needs to be harnessed, the focus switch only directs the energy elsewhere.
