I’m down bad with flu/food poisoning etc/ been throwing and have some important callls lined up - I’m super psyched about these conversations- 50% of my mind says request reschedule, 50% says take the calls What should I do? What would you have done, fellow founders?

Health is the first wealth. Please do take good care of yourself and I wish you a good recovery. If you are that unwell, you may want to reschedule. Any reasonable stakeholder will understand that (and will appreciate you not sneezing and coughing on the call as well ahah).
