i def was super diligent with pt. i tore my acl a while back playing touch rugby and didnt take pt seriously at all and it took a reeeeally long time for me to recover. 

i'm way more diligent this time 🙏🙏

I actually have a mildly herniated disc. What kind of rehab did you do and how does it feel now?

Good luck in getting back to climbing! Im starting a recovery journey now after starting this channel, the irony!

took over a year to recover unfortunately. i tried to get back into climbing / yoga 3 months after the injury but ended up reinsuring myself :/

some protocols i follow:
- 2-3 sessions of strength training + mobility work (core, hip flexors and back)
- down climb if possible 
- stick to top roping
