 A man of his word is worth more than four horses. This proverb emphasizes the importance of keeping your promises and being trustworthy, something that's missing in our society today.  Politicians lie about almost everything, and they try to control people's decisions.

塞翁失马，安知非福 (Sài wēng shī mǎ,ān zhī fēi fú)
   
 This proverb tells a story of an old man who loses his horse, only to find it returns with other wild horses. While it seems like a misfortune at first, it turns out to be a blessing. It reminds us that unexpected events can sometimes lead to positive outcomes.

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.
