There has also been a lot of talk about new settlement buildings. With the shipwright it introduced the idea of digital items generating income via its services. Can you explain more about these buildings and how you guys plan to grow the economy with them?

Longer answer: When you're building games (& products) for a new platform that you need to try to discover interactions that are truly native to that platform. For mobile, that was swiping. For social games that was bringing your friends in. For web3 games, I believe it's social collaboration & social competition.

Settlements/Shipwright enable a new type of emergent gameplay between players that creates a market "meta-game" outside of the game itself. Players need are effectively starting businesses that they need to recoup an investment on, but they can only do so by attracting others to their islands & pricing competitively.

Our goal is to push harder and harder into this type of meta-game because I believe these are truly web3 native (open source/open data) features that are hard to replicate on other platforms. For example, members of our community created a "yellow pages" for shipwrights so players could find them more easily.
