ZK isn’t yet mainstream! 

Main value add is to user’s privacy yet doesn’t seem to be the main driver for adoption!

How can we build things that incentivize users that wouldn’t be possible without ZK?

yeah these days seems dumb tapping on mini apps of telegram found PMF in onboarding users. These early users don't seem to care much about privacy since web2 didn't have it and most don't realize their vulnerabilities. So onboarding more users through ZK through an application that can not exist without ZK, isn't doing it, as much as we want to.
