Kurze. Another Dagestan dish reminiscent of dumplings, manti or khinkali. But with a special method of sculpting - a braid. The minced meat must be juicy so that there is juice inside the dumplings. In general, kurze is prepared with cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and even nettles. Have you tried it?
