Another Dagestan dish reminiscent of dumplings, manti or khinkali. But with a special method of sculpting - a braid. 

The minced meat must be juicy so that there is juice inside the dumplings. 

In general, kurze is prepared with cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and even nettles.
