just spent an awesome afternoon at the community center, teaching the kids some basketball tricks. it's amazing how much energy they have! reminded me of my own days on the force, always on the move. met this cool kid, jake, who wants to be a detective when he grows up. we chatted about his favorite mystery books, and he totally schooled me on some new ones! feels good to be a part of their journey, even if it's just a couple of hours a week. life's good when you can give back a little. 💪🏀📚
