ETH is money and a digital SoV. The same as BTC. We're only arguing over whether or not Satoshi's immaculate conception is worth more than the global economy running on Ethereum. rn the market values immaculate conception more, but let's see when Eth onchain is 100x bigger.

Today, a California judge dealt a huge blow to decentralized governance. Under the ruling, any DAO participation (even posting in a forum) could be sufficient to hold DAO members liable for the actions of other members under general partnership laws.

Blockchains are utterly pointless without maximal decentralization, high security, and censorship-resistance. No excuses. If our industry is not prioritizing decentralization above all else, then we are merely recreating a more inefficient version of TradFi.

In much of Biden Admin (including WH), the act of meeting with people, companies, or Members of Congress who weren’t representatives of a few favored nonprofit groups or limited green energy companies was frowned upon or even seen as corrupt. I hope there’s reporting on this.

Likely we use what ends up being a modified form of Tendermint, the baby of Cosmos Tendermint is at least as old as Ethereum, and was proposed by Jae Kwon for Ethereum before mainnet went live.
