About to go hit hot yoga for the first time in probably 18 months. Think we’re hitting k bbq tonight. If my ankle feels ok bball tomorrow morning. What’s the agenda for you brother?

I’ve had a couple severe high ankle sprains playing basketball (last one was 2.5 years ago though, I’ll spare you the pic). It’s been bothering me for about a week. Didn’t re-aggravate, so not sure how to go about it. Maybe just need to do some PT type activities to strengthen more

Going on a hike with my gf and her sisters dog, gonna look for a fishing rod and some camping gear to plan out a camping trip later this month, and probably a date night with my gf in the evening
