Hey Ambi! Thank you :) I'm self-employed and work with a small, ambitious team at a startup, which allows me to manage my time quite flexibly. I typically walk in the morning and again in the afternoon or evening -- during a more intense week like this one, it's a few hours each time. For me, it's always about the journey rather than the specific distance or amount walked.
I usually spend a lot of my day outdoors, and it fulfills me. I carry my lightweight laptop and sometimes take breaks to sit and work at different places when needed. After walking, though, I make sure to spend time at home/the place I'm staying, where I can focus deeply and get more structured work done. Oftentimes, good ideas arise along the way. While walking, I also use my phone for brainstorming, doing lightweight research, and taking notes. Walking keeps me healthy, optimistic, and happy, and it gives me the chance to see and experience so much. I really love it. 1 reply
