When I was a kid, I remember having fun with a friend, throwing water bombs at passers-by from the balcony. It seemed like a lot of fun to us. Then we grew up and all this was forgotten. But recently something similar flew at me from a high-rise)) I first got angry, swore, but then I remembered myself.... I laughed a little and moved on. Children sometimes need to popakorit, there is nothing wrong with it, within reason, of course. So don't get mad at them, just remember what you did in your childhood....
