A famous tradition of Bengali,s during winter is making pitha. They prepare various types of pitha during this season. The process of making pitha is very interesting. The makers are highly experienced in this work and they can prepare and serve many pithas in a short time. There is always a huge crowd at these stalls. Yesterday, I tried some pitha, and I really loved it!
