claymore🤍 Such a dark fantasy anime based on the manga series by Norihiro Yagi. It originally aired in 2007 and is known for its intense storytelling, strong female protagonists, and gritty themes. The story is set in a medieval world plagued by monsters called Yoma, shapeshifting creatures that feed on humans. To combat them, a mysterious organization creates hybrid warriors known as Claymores, who are half-human and half-Yoma. The anime is Clare, a low-ranked Claymore, as she embarks on a journey of vengeance against the Yoma who killed her loved ones.
