First, the egg needs to be beaten well. Then, in a pan, add some ghee, some brown sugar, and cardamom. After that, add the beaten egg. Next, add sugar and milk powder as needed and stir continuously for 4–5 minutes until it becomes crumbly. Once it's nicely cooked, take it off the heat. For decoration, you can optionally use nuts or raisins on top.
