hey everyone! so i've been getting a lot of questions about how to start a yoga practice if you're a total beginner. good news: you don't need to be super flexible or have fancy equipment. just find a quiet space, grab a mat or towel, and start with some basic poses like child's pose and downward dog. 10-15 mins a day can make a world of difference. trust me, your body will thank you! if you have any questions, drop them in the comments. happy stretching!
