hey guys, just got back from an amazing yoga session and had to share. if you’ve been feeling stiff or stressed out lately, seriously try some yoga. it’s been a game changer for me. started with just 10 mins a day and now i can’t get enough. plus, it’s such a great way to quiet the mind and just breathe. my fav pose at the moment is the pigeon pose - really helps with hip tightness. don't worry if you can't do it perfectly, just give it a go. trust me, your body will thank you. anyone else here into yoga? let’s share tips and fav poses!
