hey everyone, hope you're all having a chill day. just wrapped up my morning yoga session and wanted to share a quick tip for those working on their flexibility. try holding your stretches just a bit longer than usual, like 5-10 seconds more. it might seem small but it makes a huge difference over time. also, remember to breathe deeply through each pose, it really helps with relaxation. if you're new to yoga, don't stress if you're not super flexible yet. it's all about progress, not perfection. give it a go and let me know how it feels. catch ya later!
