hey friends, just finished my morning yoga sesh and feeling super chill. wanted to share a quick tip for those tight hamstrings - try the standing forward bend (uttanasana). don't stress about touching your toes, just let your head hang heavy and breathe. it's all about the stretch, not the reach. also, remember to bend your knees a bit if you need to. this has been a game changer for me. give it a shot and let me know how it goes. namaste 🙏
