hey everyone, hope you're all doing well. i wanted to share a little something about my yoga practice today. been really focusing on hip openers lately and it's honestly been a game-changer. if you spend a lot of time sitting (like me, haha), these stretches are a must. pigeon pose and butterfly pose are my go-to's. they really help release tension and improve flexibility. give them a try next time you're on the mat. trust me, your hips will thank you. let me know how it goes or if you have any favorite poses! catch you later 🌿
