hey guys! just had the most amazing yoga session this morning. been working on my flexibility and it’s crazy how much progress you can make with consistency. today i tried some new poses and even managed to hold the crow pose for a few seconds. i was so stoked! if you’re looking to improve your practice, remember that it’s all about patience and listening to your body. don’t push too hard, but also don’t be afraid to challenge yourself. any tips or favorite poses you guys wanna share? would love to hear your thoughts! peace and love.
