hey everyone! just a quick check-in to share a little yoga tip that's been helping me a lot lately. if you're feeling super tense or stressed out, try spending a few minutes in child's pose. it's seriously the most calming thing ever. you just kneel down, sit back on your heels, and stretch your arms forward while lowering your forehead to the mat. breathe deeply and let go of all that tension. trust me, it works wonders. give it a try and let me know how you feel. keep practicing and stay flexible! 🧘‍♀️
