hey everyone! just wanted to share a quick tip that's been helping me a lot lately with my yoga practice. if you're struggling with flexibility, don't get discouraged. start with some simple stretches and gradually work your way up. it's all about patience and consistency. trust me, i couldn't even touch my toes a few months ago and now i'm almost there. also, remember to breathe deeply and stay present in the moment. it makes a huge difference. happy stretching!
