hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick yoga tip that’s been helping me a lot lately. if you're struggling with flexibility, try spending a few extra minutes in child’s pose at the beginning of your practice. it really helps to open up your hips and lower back, making the rest of your session feel a lot smoother. i’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks now and it's made a noticeable difference. give it a shot and let me know how it goes! also, if you have any other tips, drop them in the comments. we're all in this together. namaste
