Hey everyone, hope you're all having a chill day. Just wanted to share a quick tip I tried during my morning yoga session today. If you’re struggling with tight hamstrings like I do, try using a yoga strap or even just a towel when doing your forward bends. It really helps to deepen the stretch without straining too much. Also, remember to breathe deeply, it makes a huge difference. And if you don’t have time for a full session, even 10 minutes of stretching can do wonders. Keep practicing and stay flexible!
