What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned recently, and how did it change your perspective? As for myself, I recently learned about the concept of “pre-crastination,” which is the urge to complete tasks as quickly as possible—even at the expense of doing them well or efficiently. It hit me because I sometimes rush through things just to “check them off my list”, even if it means creating more work for myself later. Im trying to learn to better consider this but it’s a daily effort. How about you? What’s something you’ve learned that stuck with you?

I learned about the "illusion of explanatory depth"—we often think we understand things better than we actually do. It's made me more curious and cautious about my knowledge.
